Situated in between Beacon Street and Marlborough Street, the building features a rooftop deck with a panoramic view of downtown Boston. The apartment is also in walkable distance from Newbury Street, Boston's commercial heart (full of brand-name and boutique shops, as well as restaurants). My current roommate is leaving for work in another city, and I love this apartment and would like to stay. The smaller bedroom is currently unfurnished, though the shared space is partially furnished with a dining table & chairs, as well as living room set. The kitchen is fully stocked kitchen (including spices, etc.). Whoever takes the smaller bedroom would have free rein over the living room (for use for an office, a workout space, etc.) The smaller bedroom comes with a detached bathroom. Hardwood floors in main area; carpets in bedrooms. Apartment is air conditioned. There is an in-unit Samsung washer and dryer. 2nd floor apartment, street parking available (via coordination with management company). Small outdoor space available as well.
