Your sabbatical in Lausanne with two cats !

Description

I'm looking for someone to sublet my 3.5-room flat, ideally for 6 months (during my sabbatical). The apartment is fully furnished, and even more, as two cats live in it and don't want to leave! So you'll have to take care of the cats (non-negotiable). The apartment contains a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, separate toilet, a kitchen, an office and a room that serves as a living/dining room/guest room (with a sofa that can be converted into a double bed). The flat has two balconies (one accessible from the kitchen; the other from the office), and a beautiful view of the Alps. It is located on the second floor (no lift, sorry). There is a collective washer for your clothes in the building (a small building with 6 flats). The flat is within a 5-minute walk from shops and transports. You will need 10 minutes by foot to reach the University Hospital (CHUV), 10 minutes by bus to reach the city center; and half an hour by public transport to reach the University of Lausanne or the EPFL. The flat is ideal for one person, or one couple. More can be accommodated, although not ideal.
