Description
Looking for easy going people who enjoy living in a character home, and who will enjoy our native garden. The house is a 1930's Californian bungalow style Queenslander. It is two story and has been built in underneath with a modern kitchen and dining area. We love the outdoors, so the kitchen opens to a large backyard garden. The house is situated on a hill with sunset views, and the entrance from the street has no steps. The bedrooms are smallish, but comfortable. There are three bedrooms and a studio. The studio has air-conditioning, but there are only ceiling fans in bedrooms. We plan to store some personal items in one room while we are away. There are some eccentricities about the house such as the upstairs toilet being on the outside deck. The yard is fully fenced and safe for children or small pets.
