Picture yourself spending your sabbatical in Albuquerque in our custom 4-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2-office home in Sandia Heights, steps from hiking trains and near the world-famous Tram. The home features a gourmet kitchen, incredible city/sunset views from inside and from the expansive decks, ample space for your family, and nearby walking, hiking, and biking opportunities, with grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants within a few-minute drive. The home is an easy 25 minutes to UNM and CNM. This is our family home, so there will be items in our closets and cabinets, but we will clear counters and empty enough closets for guests to use. In August, enjoy the bounty of our incredible peach tree. In October, enjoy the breathtaking views of the International Balloon Fiesta from our deck. Watch the beautiful sunset light reflecting on the Sandia Mountains all year and enjoy the views of its snow-capped peak during the winter. The home features a master bedroom with a king bed, two children's bedrooms with twin beds (one is a trundle bed, so that room can sleep two people if necessary), and there is a guest room with a memory-foam king-sized fold-out couch.
