Our house is in a secluded and very quiet area of Ithaca, yet close to shopping, schools, recreational centers and Cornell university. It is a two-level house, with the upper level for rent. It sits on 2 acres of partially treed land containing gardens and a small orchard. The house was renovated and extended in 2017. Many windows and skylights fill the house with natural light. The house has heated floors and radiant heat and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and its own bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom that contains a washer and dryer. There is a large dining/living room with distant views and another large living room area. The house has two large decks, one of which is covered and can be used as dining area in warm days. The house comes with a fast EV charging station, and use of a Nissan Leaf electric car may be negotiated. The walk-out basement of the house is not accessible and will be used by our family members and our indoor cat. The parking area will be shared with our other two cars.
