Our house is a comfortable, clean, newly renovated 3 bedroom ranch home in the Allen neighborhood of Ann Arbor. Next door to Country Farm Park (with walking and biking trails), Buhr Park (with a seasonal farmer's market), across from Allen Elementary School, proximate to Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Bombay Grocers and Arbor Hills (with shopping, coffee shops and restaurants, including Zola Bistro). The house is very well-lit, has new appliances, and comes furnished. We are also able to store furniture if you have your own. There are 3 bedrooms, one currently converted into an office, and one bathroom. There is a single car detached garage, big front yard and fenced back yard with a sizable walk-out patio and outdoor seating perfect for children and entertaining. The basement is semi-finished with laundry and ample storage space. Overall, we adore our house and are looking for the right people who will take care of it while we are on away on sabbatical 2024-2025. We are semi-flexible with move-in and move-out dates, but are looking for someone to rent the house for Summer/Fall, Winter, and ideally Spring/Summer terms of 2025. Lease is non-renewable.
