Pet friendly home on the West Side of Ann Arbor near a play ground

I am a faculty member at the University of Michigan planning a sabbatical trip to Europe with my family from July 1 - December 31, 2024. We are looking to rent our home while away. The house was built in 1980 and includes an open floor plan. The ground floor includes a full bathroom, a reading room (we are still decorating!), a kitchen, dining area, and open living room. The living room area features an interesting wood-stove with a chimney the winds up through the second level. Upstairs, there is another full bathroom, a master bedroom with a balcony, and a second bedroom. The second bedroom is currently configured for our toddler and includes a crib, and a play area in a large closet with a Queen sized mattress. This room is configurable. The partially finished basement includes a washer and dryer, entertainment area, a 3rd bedroom (with an egress window) and a small office area. The house is child and pet friendly and is located across the street from a park with a playground. The house includes a screened in porch, small back yard with unique design and an eating area, and 1 car garage. Downtown Ann Arbor is a ~20 minute walk and we are located on two bus lines. The house has central air conditioning, a gas furnace, and an alarm system. The monthly fee includes electricity, water, gas, high-speed internet, a cleaning service (every other week), and lawn/snow service. The house is pet friendly.
