We're an active family with (4) kids. (6, 9, 10, 12 yrs old) and live just down the bike path from the town home. The town home is ideal for a couple or a family with one or two kids. The town home has an efficient lay-out with 3-bedrooms and 1.5 bath. The unfinished basement provides an extra space for exercise or hobbies. The town home is located next to the bike path and is nearby grocery and retail stores. There's a designated parking space and extra parking for a secondary vehicle. The home maintains a moderate/comfortable temperature throughout the year and has separate heat control for each room. Window A/C's are provided in the Summer. The town home is a quiet spot while being centrally located to all amenities. Radio Park Elementary is adjacent to the town home while Tudek Park is an easy 3-5 minutes walk.
