Description
We live at this house part of the year and love it. I grew up in this house. We are looking for renters who will be considerate and careful with our belongings. Our house is a 7 minute drive to the beach, a 5 minute walk to the bay, and a 10 minute drive to great restaurants and shopping. We are offering 2 of the three bedrooms, as the 3rd bedroom will remain locked with our wardrobes, shoes, etc. to keep that out of the way. The two bedrooms offered are: Bedroom 1: One queen bed, dresser, night tables, some closet space. Bedroom 2: One full bed, one single bed, dresser, some closet space.

Comments: Utilities included with understanding that AC will be kept at reasonable temp (not lower than 72F). Cleaner will come every two weeks to vacuum, mop, wipe down surfaces, clean bathroom. She will not pick up after tenants or do dishes, sheets, etc.

Comments: The dining room is one step down from rest of house (sunken dining room is an architectural spec from the 1930s and 40s). There are a few steps from front yard to entry door.

We will halt mail, but if anything arrives, please let us know and set it aside.
I would like help with plants or garden
Indoor plants will need watering regularly. Instructions will be provided if you would like (or if you are not already a plant lover). There are palm trees in back and front yards and we ask that you pick up fallen leaves and put in large trash bin.
