Located in a quiet residential area with over an acre of land, surrounded by tall trees, this modern house has lots of natural light and spaces to study and write. There is a large great room with plenty of space to work and relax and gaze outside the panoramic windows. The house will be partially furnished with one couch, two writing desks, kitchen stools, some kitchen supplies, and two queen beds. There is a large deck perfect for watching birds and deer. Inside there are hardwood floors on the first and second floors. In the basement is new carpet. The first floor also has a full bathroom with a tub, while the second floor only has a sink and toilet. There is laundry in the basement. There is a reverse osmosis system at the kitchen sink. Finally, yard care and snow plowing is included in the rent. Note: no perfume or fragranced cleaning products are allowed in the house. Contact us for with questions. Tenants will be required to have renters’ insurance. We are open to rentals less than 9 months.
