Or work at the lift up coffee table while chatting with friends and family in the living room. Our Queen and Full sized beds (the Full has a Twin pull-out underneath) are 2024 brand new memory foam mattresses topped with 3" of cool gel toppers with quilted mattress pads on top. The house is bright and magical from one end to the other. Given the location and proximity to UCF and Research Parkway, this is the ideal location for academics to both work and vacation. I have a fondness for professors and scholars in general, so offering it to traveling scholars was a perfect fit for us too. We are a phone call away, and happy to answer any questions you may have.

Comments: Our minimum stay is 1 month to avoid short term rental taxes, with a preferred max of 3 months. However, we have some flexibility, and are willing to discuss shorter stays.
