El Cerrito Plaza for Trader Joe’s and Bart is a 20 minute walk, 10 minute bike ride, or short drive. UC Berkeley is a 15 minute drive. The house has hardwood floors, recently renovated kitchen and bathrooms, access to a washer and dryer, piano, and quiet backyard off the kitchen for outdoor dining and hot tub. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking your favorite meals. One bedroom has a queen bed, one a double, and one a twin. The house has panoramic views from the living room, dining room, and master bedroom of Oakland, San Francisco, and the Golden Gate Bridge. Rent is $4000/month, prorated based on length of stay.
