Hello! Our home is situated 5 minutes from the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon and very close to the highway, giving you the best of both worlds - easy access to the outdoors and to the rest of the Salt Lake Valley. We live in a quiet neighborhood, and have converted our basement into a fully separated unit from the main house. It has all been recently remodeled and has full sized windows on the front of the house receiving plenty of light! We've previously rented to travel nurses and other traveling professionals, and enjoy having mid-term tenants in our rental.
