Description
We're looking to sublet our brand-new 5-room apartment while we're on a 6-month sabbatical. The building is still under construction now, that’s why I could not provide nice pictures, but we will in June. The apartment is fully furnished. It contains 3 bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds) and a sofa bed in the living room. A large room is dedicated to the office to work in peace, but space is available for your morning yoga, for example. OTO socket mesures fast wi-fi connections. A small balcony and above all a large loggia will allow you to enjoy the sunlight all year round. The kitchen is equipped with new A-class appliances. As mentionned common areas are available to building residents (large common room on the grounds floor, a nice roof terrace). Guest rooms are available free of charge so you can accommodate friends or family. All you need to do is book in advance where the rooms are to ensure their vacation.

Comments: Communal areas are as well available. A large common room on the ground floor will enable you to get to know quickly people. A nice roof terrace, co-working space, 3 guest rooms and 3 other rooms to organize various activities.
