I have a Ph.D. and work on international projects; The flat is at Mouffetard’s area, Paris 5ème arrondissement, one of the oldest parts of Paris. Next to Panthéon et St Germain. I live in a calm street, close to the river Seine and the green nature of two parks : Luxembourg and Jardin de Plantes. Really close to several Universities, Business Schools, (Sorbonne, Sciences Po, Paris V Descartes, Collège de France, SKEMA, etc.). 7min walk from metro Censier Daubenton, line 7 (with several metro lines plus RER C and Gare d’Austerlitz ). You will be in the best area of Paris, security, trendy shops, bar and little charming restaurants. Supermarket, delicious bakery, etc…The room is furnished & well equipped and has high-speed optical fiber wifi. It is on the second floor, easy to go by stairs. The building is an haussmanian style lot of history. We will share an equipped functional kitchen (with dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, water boiler, toaster, etc.) Bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine. In your bedroom a comfortable single bed with a good mattress, a desk table and a chair.
