I am faculty at the University of Western Ontario and am on a research sabbatical leave returning to London August 1st 2024. This upper story apartment will suit a responsible and quiet adult/s (max 2 people). You could either be faculty or a postgraduate student or work in some other professional occupation. The apartment is in good condition (art deco in places) with wooden floors. It is spacious and light with two double bedrooms and an office. It has a large kitchen (great work space), a good sized dining area which leads to the sitting room. The sitting and dinning rooms are very pleasant to spend time in. Located at the Forks, it is in close proximity (about 200 metres) to the river and park. Downtown London and amenities are a 5 minute walk across the river. Train and bus station 15 minutes walk. Its a 15 minute cycle alongside the river on the cycle path to Western University. Quiet downstairs tenant. There is uncovered off street parking for one car. The apartment is fully furnished with a double bed provided for the 1st bedroom. There is no TV. Second bedroom, also a double looks out onto the backyard. Internet and power are connected. Power would be paid directly to myself upon billing by Hydro and if internet is used, this is payable directly to me as well.
