We are renting our four bedroom, two bathroom home while away on sabbatical in summer/fall 2024. Fully furnished and all utilities included (Electric, Gas, Water, Internet). The house features four bedrooms (one king bed, one queen bed, one crib, and one furnished as an office), two bright and sunny three-season porches, an open main floor, a finished basement, and a recently remodeled chef’s kitchen. Outdoors we have a large yard, a deck with fire pit, raised beds for gardening and an oversized one-car garage. Boiler heater and mini-split AC. We are also open to clearing out our home office and/or baby room for a renter who wishes to use those rooms differently. We love our location in the Longfellow neighborhood of South Minneapolis, close to parks, shops, and restaurants on Lake Street, as well as the Mississippi River and bike trail.
