Great house w garden & trampoline

Hi We are a family of four and we are off to spend a year in the USA. We would love to rent our 2-bedroom apartment while we are away. It's a nice apartment with a big garden, a 10 minute walk to the metro station Marie de Montreuil (green line). Our kids grew up here, went to the school across the street, made lots of friends in the building. Montreuil is great, we're kind of in love with it - quaint and village-like in some places, urban and cosmopolitan in others, it's a friendly and hip neighbourhood next to Paris, with lots of character and plenty of cafes, terraces, grocery shops, super markets, boutiques, theatres, etc. The apartment is modern, with all commodities. The building dates from the 2010s. Parking place in underground parking lot. The space, room by room: The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one of them has a double bed and the other one has a bunk bed - sleeps two kids. The living room has a sofa bed (sleeps 2), a dinning table and a desk. Fully equipped kitchen - oven + stove, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, toaster. No microwave oven. Toilet + bathroom - with bath tub Areas: living room 26 m2 (280 sqft) bedroom A 11 m2 (118 sqft) bedroom B 11 m2 (118 sqft) garden 42 m2 (450 sqft) For the winter, there's radiator heating. For the summer, the building is well insulated so it doesn't heat too much if you keep the shades half-way down during the warmest hours. Bbq grill - in the garden. Parking space 210 - In the building's underground parking lot (negotiable).
