I'm a New York based art historian and will be on a writing residency in December-January. Looking for a responsible, clean, and quiet subtenant. The studio is large and sunny, perfect for a scholar visiting New York. Williamsburg is a very trendy neighborhood (a little loud on the weekends) with lots of bars, restaurants, shops, gyms, etc. Close to the waterfront, which is absolutely beautiful. Steps away from the subway, which takes you into Manhattan within 10 minutes. Ideal for a scholar who needs to be in New York around the holidays.
