Quiet in-law studio unit with private entrance. Queen bed, full kitchen with full-size refrigerator and range, all kitchen utensils, towels and linens, Keurig coffee maker (very important!), stacking washer/dryer. All utilities included, including gas, electric, high speed wi-fi, and TV. Access to backyard and patio. Since the attached photos were taken we've added a large deck leading from the backdoor into the garden. A great place to enjoy early morning coffee and complete some writing. Our very first tenant years ago was a professor on sabbatical writing a textbook on family and society. She found our place comfortable and very conducive to writing.
