East London architect designed home

Description

We are two academics working in different universities in London teaching ecology, community led architecture and urban governance. This is our home for 25 years and as we are getting older we need to generate income to engage in doing advocacy work and enjoy a slower pace of life. We decided to rent our home in Stratford East London. The area is super well connected not just to central London on tube and trains but also to the seaside in Essex. Three stops and you are at Epping forest. The DlR which is a 2mins walk connects to Stratford in two stops where you have Westfield and new campuses of UCL and UAL as well as the new Victoria and Albert Museum, Saddlers Wells and many others. The street we live on is a very close knit community so if you need anything we can ask them to help. As it is our home we really want people who treat it as they would their home and not an impersonal hotel. We also hope this can be a way we can connect with other academics and research they do. We would leave out some publications as a way to know the hosts and hope we have something similar left for us
