This 75 m² apartment located on the third floor without elevator (4th American floor) is located a stone's throw from the Department Stores (Galeries Lafayette, Printemps) and very close to the Grands Boulevards and the Paris Opera (the Apple Store is around the corner). With the windows onto the courtyard, it seems far from the hustle and bustle of the Parisian streets, even if two metro lines and RER A line are less than five minutes away on foot. The apartment is oriented North-East, but it remains very bright. The building is secured by a digital code on the street, then by an intercom at the bottom of the staircase. The building has an interesting history, it was apparently an annex of the Austrian Embassy under Napoleon. In the apartment you will find an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, a classic oven and a micro-wave), that opens onto a large living space including a dining room and a living room, all around 40 m² (132 feet). Two bedrooms are located on either side of this living space. One of the bedrooms has a small dressing room, and is located right next to the bathroom. The second bedroom is equipped with a sofa bed. In the bathroom in addition to the vanity unit, there is a toilet and a large bathtub with the shower. Our apartment is suitable for two couples. The apartment is equipped with fiber internet and WIFI. A few words about us: I am retired and my wife runs a primary Catholic school. We have children and grandchildren and we usually spend the summer with them outside of Paris.
