Description
We would like to host people on sabbatical for a month or longer. We have decorated and equipped the house for longer stay: there is a fully equipped kitchen with appliances. But if you prefer to eat outdoors, Tavira and the Algarve have a lot to offer. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, close to the town center. It is also close to schools, gyms, a park, local restaurants - you can be part of the expat community but you can also enjoy a taste of Portuguese life. The trainstation is nearby, with a direct connection to Faro and the University of the Algarve. There is a bus service to Huelva and Seville. Parking is very easy in the neighborhood, car rental on Faro airport is abundant (but more expensive in the Summer)

Comments: The townhouse is newly renovated, it is in a quiet neighborhood of Tavira. A five minute walk will get you to the town center and the ferry to the beaches. There is a separate office with an excellent wifi connection. Great place to work and enjoy!

Comments: The price is based on Summer rental. It is lower in the winter months. Utilities will be calculated dependent on rental period. Cleaning service is biweekly, 60 euro. Washing of sheets and towels is a separate service
