Renting our Paris (Marais / Square du Temple) apartment for the Summer

We are a couple of French/American academics living in Paris with our 2 children but spending summers in the US. We're looking for a family who would like to spend some of the summer (minimum 3 weeks – the longer the better) in our home in the Marais bordering the gorgeous Square du Temple. It's an apartment of 111 m2 / 1200 sqf, in a prestigious building, fully renovated a few years ago, fully equipped, bright, quiet and peaceful, in the center of the city, within walking distance of world-famous museums, restaurants/food (marché des Enfants Rouge), the famed shops of rue de Bretagne, and well connected (many metro lines at Republique). The apartment has 3 bedrooms (which we are using as follows: 1 bedroom for the parents, one for each child, but there is some flexibility as we have a sofa bed), a very large dining room + living room + kitchen, one bathroom, 2 restrooms. We're looking for people who will take the utmost care of our sweet home (and could even consider coming regularly as we'll be renting it every year from mid-June to end-August -- we're not doing this for the Olympics). The photos show the furniture of the previous owner (we bought the apartment this year); our furniture includes: a top-end Yamaha piano (with silent system), period furniture (mirror), kids beds and toys, lots of books. A truly unique place.
