This spacious and stylish 3-story, 2,700 square-foot (245 Square meters) house is situated on a quiet, residential street, yet is a couple steps from a lively Ave. Mont-Royal. A 3-minute walk from the nearest metro station, will connect you to the downtown in minutes. Grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops are only 2-3 minutes from our house. All universities in Montreal are easily accessible by metro / bicycle / bus / walking. The house has a rooftop terrace, back patio, fully equipped kitchen, android “smart” projector, and AC. Plus, five bicycles will be available so you can roam around like a local. The house is perfect for a family of up to 4 kids. Public schools are just a few minutes away.
