We are looking for a family or couple interested in renting our beautiful 3 bedroom house in one of Pittsburgh's coziest corners, just steps from Frick Park's trails and Forbes Ave., and walking distance to public transport, restaurants, (Frick) museum, and more. We are both academics and will be on sabbatical leave during the 2024-2025 academic year. Among the houses' highlights is a bright, open ground plan with exposed brick details and a wood-clad extension facing a beautiful garden with a deck, and a spa-like bathroom with a tub, steam shower, and heated floors. The second bathroom is in the partially finished basement with laundry area, additional storage, and a recently renovated (4th) room with garden access we use as an additional office space and for guests.
