Central and quiet in Mitte

Description

Short term rentals in Berlin require a permit from the city. My registration is 01/Z/RA/015345-23 Quiet and tastefully furnished flat on the 2nd floor. One large bedroom, with a 180x200cm double bed with a working space (electrically adjustable standing desk, office chair - screen, keyboard and mouse for Mac/Thunderbolt). Large living room with comfy sofa, TV/Entertainment system and a dining table. Kitchen has a dishwasher, a bar table with seats for two, and is fully furnished. Bathroom with bathtub, separate shower and washing machine for your laundry. Sonos/IKEA sound system in all rooms, WiFi and ethernet outlets in the bedroom and living room. The area is quiet and pleasant. There is a green park around the corner where you can sit in the sun or take a stroll; the shores of the Spree river are just 200m away, so you can have a drink there and watch the ships going by in the sunset. It is still super central and well connected: Alexanderplatz, Humboldtforum und the Museumsinsel are easily reached on foot (10-15 minutes). There are two subway stations and an S-Bahn station are within 5 minutes walking range. Good connections to main station and airport as well. There are several supermarkets and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Note: The place is ideal for a single person or a couple (note that there are no additional beds available). Smoking/vaping is not possible anywhere in the building, only outside on the street. The place is NOT wheelchair accessible at all - while there is an elevator, you must still climb some stairs to enter the building and reach the flat. There is no free street parking nearby, and there is NO guest parking permit. (However, there is plenty of car- and vehicle-sharing all over central Berlin).
