My husband and I bought this condo 2 years ago for his parents to temporarily live in Boulder. They are moving out at the end of May and we are looking to rent to great tenants. The photos are from when we bought the place. I am happy to send you current photos, if needed. The condo is mostly furnished, but can be rented unfurnished. They have twin beds in both the primary and second bedrooms. I can purchase a queen bed for the primary and can take out one or both of the twin beds in the second bedroom. If you prefer that room be an office, I can purchase furniture that works in the space. There is an individual garage and storage off the balcony. Most of the appliances have been updated this past year. The unit is on the second floor, up half a flight of stairs and faces green space. There is a community pool and hot tub.
