Beautiful home in the woods 10 minutes from University of Alabama

Our home in the forested Cherokee Hills neighborhood of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, has 3 bedrooms, 2 offices, 3.5 baths, a back deck, and a yard. The house has large windows with views of nature, wood floors, a living room/dining room, a den looking out to a spacious back deck with gas grill and wood table and chairs, and a finished, walkout basement with space for doing art projects or exercising on the treadmill. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a new gas range with oven. Our quiet and beautiful neighborhood provides a great place for walks, bike riding, and bird watching. Duties include taking care of our friendly indoor-outdoor cat (Zaytouni). Wonderful neighbors and paid cat sitters will gladly fill in when needed. Other duties include plant watering, occasional lawn mowing, and mail sorting. Use of an automobile is possible. The house is fully furnished, but we can accommodate as needed by relocating items to the large basement, either into bedroom 3 (if it is not needed) or a storage area. Bedroom closets and dressers and bathroom cupboards will be emptied for your use. The offices have desks (which will be empty) and bookshelves (that we can empty for you as needed). The house will be cleaned thoroughly before you arrive, and we expect it to be well-maintained, and cleaned before we return home. We will leave cleaning supplies and house instructions. High-speed internet and wifi is included along with a basic Xfinity streaming package. You can also log into your own streaming services on the smart TV. We will be overseas for sabbatical but will be available for any questions or concerns. The neighbors are helpful too.
