Large, bright apartment overlooking Morningside Park. Columbia University faculty housing, hence the relatively(!) low rent, but no need to be affiliated with Columbia to sublet it. Pre-war, double living room / dining room. Two bathrooms. Two bedrooms, currently set up with one full bed and one twin bed - perfect for a family - but flexible. Fully furnished and equipped, but without our belongings (unlike in the photos - we are on sabbatical this year and shipped our stuff). Doorman and elevator in the building. A few minutes walk from the Columbia campus. 10 mins walk to the 1 at 116th and to the A, C etc at 125th. Preference for renting for the whole period (mid to late April through August).
