Description
I'm a professor at Temple University who will be teaching in Japan summer of 2024 and Rome in spring of 2025. I'm looking for someone to enjoy my furnished rowhouse home while I'm gone. My house is great for a single person, couple, or small family. I live here with my 4-year-old so it has lots of kid-friendly stuff. Mount Airy is arguably the most kid-friendly neighborhood in the Philadelphia region--great neighborhood schools, tons of playgrounds. My place is walking distance to multiple cafes, a co-op grocery, shops, bars, restaurants, etc. The neighborhood is very leafy and green and you can relax on my private back deck or walk to multiple Wissahickon hiking trailheads.

Comments: Area is part of Philadelphia (urban) but leafy & residential. Has great back deck, small garage/driveway, and enclosed front porch. One small bedroom doubles as an office. A/C is from window units. Very kid-friendly. (I have a 4-year old.)

Comments: For summer of 2024 I'd prefer to find someone who can stay for 2 months, but I'm open to other time frames within this window. For Spring 2025 I'd prefer someone interested in all or most of that time period. Prorating is possible.
