Set in 11 acres of meadows in a gorgeous upland valley, there is ample space for family and friends to visit, and you are only a 12 minute drive to Cornell. I will be living overseas for the next 1-2 years and am looking for responsible and considerate tenants while I am gone. I am currently firm on pricing for the 2024-2025 academic year, but willing to cut a deal for summer 2024 for the right tenants.
