We are looking for someone to rent and care for our family home. The house has been lovingly maintained and updated since we moved in in 2020. The house is located on a beautiful block in West Philadelphia. It has a lot of character and functionality, with plenty of space, an updated kitchen, a lovely yard, and even a garage! It is very close to Penn and Drexel, but a short ride to Center City or the suburbs. Anyone committed to caring for yard and gardens, we can discuss a $50/mo rent discount. We are close with our neighbors and expect tenants to be courteous and neighborly. There is a no pet policy and absolutely no smoking, inside or in any of the outdoor areas on the property.
