Description
I am a prof who will be away on leave from August 2024 to June/July 2025. Looking for grad student, postdoc, or visiting scholar to sublet my place. It is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath duplex. I use one of the bedrooms as an office, but can move the desk and bookshelves around to accommodate a bed. There is a large, fenced-in backyard. It is best for a single scholar, such as myself, or a couple. 1-2 children are also okay. The house is a 30-35 minute walk, or a short bike ride, to the main UVA campus and a 20-25 minute walk to the UVA hospital. It is in Fifeville which is in the center of Charlottesville, one mile from the UVA hospital.
