The house is located in a residential neighborhood, walking distance to Park Avenue which has a number of shops and restaurants. We're a 10 minute walk from neighborhood favorite Xochi Cafe. Lake Merritt BART is approximately two miles away, and there is a bus line to BART, downtown Oakland, and San Francisco within a few blocks. We have a driveway fit for one car, and there is ample street parking in the neighborhood. The house is located a five minute drive from a large independent grocery store (Farmer Joe's), the Oakland Diamond district, and about a 15 minute drive up to large regional parks like Robert's Regional and Sibley. Hikers, mountain bikers, and trail runners will enjoy this area!
