Description
Enjoy a New Orleans summer Uptown! My house is a classic Nola shotgun steeped in charm: original brickwork, high ceilings with fans, large windows, and adjoining bedrooms. Modern renovations incl great a/c, modern kitchen + appliances, fun lights, and the bonus of a cozy, artistic vibe. Fully-equipped kitchen (gas stove, cast iron skillets, espresso machine, KitchenAid, you get the idea:). The master suite has standing shower + soaking tub for relaxing. The two additional bedrooms are twin beds - great for kids or guests. The backyard is small, but it's enclosed by a privacy fence. The house is on a quiet street with a small front patio and power gate (should you choose to use it). Just a few blocks to Oak Street restaurants + shops, a few more to Maple Street. Safe, 4 block walk to St. Charles streetcar line. Tulane, Loyola, Audubon park an easy 1.5-2 miles from house. Xavier, UNO, Dillard Universities 6-15 min drive (depending).
