We are a family of four who will be spending a six month sabbatical in Norway, July 1-December 31, 2024. Our fully-furnished home awaits your time in Victoria and is perfectly situated in a quiet, creative neighbourhood that is close to public transit, hospital and the University of Victoria or Camosun Lansdowne Campus. Inside our home you'll find three bedrooms (two upstairs, one downstairs), a large living-room, dining room and sun-drenched kitchen. Upstairs also boasts two bathrooms and a bright office, with high-speed internet and wi-fi. Laundry, media room and another bathroom are found in a newly renovated basement that features radiant heated concrete floors and a bright, modern aesthetic. Our house has a large, south-facing, fully-fenced backyard with a deck and BBQ that is kid friendly and low-maintenance. Our ideal tenant would rent for the full six months, but we are flexible depending upon your individual plan and needs.
