Quiet 1930s house between Rotterdam and Breda

Description

Dordrecht is the oldest city in the province of Holland. It is set in typical Dutch countryside of 'polders' and big rivers and has all the amenities: restaurants, culture, sports, parks, primary and secondary education, and excellent connections to nearby cosmopolitan Rotterdam and the rest of the country. Located between the university cities Rotterdam and Breda, it is both a fine starting point for exploring and a great place to retreat to. The A16 motorway is nearby, Erasmus University is 20 minutes, and Breda University half an hour by car. There is a bus at the end of the street, or it's a 20-minute walk to the train station (15 min train to Rotterdam Central, 30 min to Breda, 60 min to Schiphol airport and 75 min to Amsterdam Central). The house is in a quiet neighborhood, a 15-minute walk from the historic town center. A supermarket is within walking distance, and a children's playground is 150 meters away. The house is cosy and fully equipped. It has two bedrooms with double beds each, a living and dining room, a small study, and a separate toilet and bathroom. It has a small, sheltered back garden. There is no air conditioning, but central heating with radiators in every room. The open kitchen has an extractor, induction cooker, oven, and everything one needs to cook a decent meal. The toilet is located in the hallway, and the small yet practical bathroom upstairs has a bath and wash basin. My private affairs are stored in the attic; the house is yours. I do not have a car, but bicycles (typical Dutch means of transport) are available for use.
