Hello! My family recently purchased this condo to be our forever home, but my fiance and I are still finishing grad school in another state! We're looking for tenants for the 2024-2025 school year. A couple or small family would be perfect - the layout of the three-bedroom is a little unusual, with one of the rooms accessed through a staircase in another room. The townhouse/condo is in Mount Pleasant, very close to Mount Pleasant and 16th streets (with great bus line access), near shops and restaurants, and in-district for Bancroft Elementary school. The condo will come unfurnished/lightly furnished (the beautiful furniture in the pictures is from the sale staging, sorry!). The unit also has one dedicated off-street parking space.
