Description
My husband and I are academics going on sabbatical on 2024-25 to the UK with our 2 sons (11 and 14). We will thus be happy to rent our appartment in Barcelona to a responsible family coming to Barcelona for a year (or a 6-month minimum stay). The appartment is walking distance to the University of Barcelona, in the heart of Les Corts neighborhood (which has a nice "village feel", yet offers all the amenities of a big city). The appartment is on the top floor of a 15-story building with 2 balconies offering astonishing views, to Montjuic and the sea from one balcony and to Tibidabo from the other one. Building has a doorman service and comes with spot at the building's parking garage. There is no central heating but gas and electrical heaters are provided.
