Comments: Our convenient home is near Paris-Saclay University's main campus, 5-minutes away from RER B Le Guichet station (30 minutes ride to Paris). It is a quiet and green-surrounded yet connected living place, with convenient amenities, good schools nearby.
Comments: Rate for long stays (6 to 10 months). Monthly rate for short stays: 3000€. Water and electricity consumption will be charged at real cost with a monthly provision of 500 euros, adjusted down according to the period and real consumption
