Welcome to our spacious and family-friendly home, spanning 150 square meters (about 1600 sq feet) across two floors. In addition, there is a basement. The main floor boasts a generously sized living room, complete with an 8-person dining table, comfortable seating area, and a cozy fireplace. Accessible from the living room is a balcony terrace offering delightful views of the south backyard. Additionally, you'll find a fully equipped semi-open kitchen featuring modern appliances such as a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, yogurt maker, bread maker, Nespresso machine, and all the essentials for culinary endeavors. Adjacent to the living area is a newly furnished master bedroom (April 2024) featuring a queen-size bed (200x160cm) and an attached bathroom with an Italian shower, as well separate toilet facilities. Ascending to the upper floor, you'll discover three bedrooms (there is actually a fourth one that we plan to use for storage but can be repurposed upon request). These bedrooms, along with a shared bathroom boasting a bathtub and dual sinks, offer flexible accommodation options. Whether for children or guests, arrangements can be made to accommodate varying bed configurations, including two large beds and one single bed. We also have all the equipment for babies and young children! Recently renovated, the house features hardwood flooring throughout the living room and bedrooms, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Stay connected with high-speed internet access via fiber optic connection, available wirelessly throughout the premises. For those requiring workspace, we can arrange a dedicated office area complete with a computer screen and printer. Additionally, a home cinema system is set to be installed in the living room for your entertainment needs. The basement offers three distinct sections, including a storage area equipped with food storage facilities, a washing machine, a large freezer, and a wine fridge capable of holding up to 150 bottles. There's also designated parking space for your vehicle (with 3.7kW electric plug), as well as a storage area for housing amenities such as a barbecue grill and lounging chairs. The house is surrounded by a garden, enhancing its charm and tranquility. Most notably, the 200 square meter backyard boasts lush greenery, including trees and a dedicated gardening area complete with a very productive raspberry corner.
