I am an Italian professor at Boston College. I am going out of town for research and I am looking to sublet my furnished one bedroom apartment. I love living here and I hope you will, too. Claridge House Condominium is an upscale, well-kept elegant building. It has washer, dryer, gym, a sauna, and a terrace. The apartment is fully furnished, has a dishwasher, and is equipped with linens, towels, and all kitchen items. Utilities included. The 15-minute walk to campus is lovely. The Reservoir is an artificial pond right across the street, excellent for walks or runs. Super connected to downtown will 3 branches of the T nearby (B, C, and D). Bus 86 will take you to Harvard Square, too. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. Please reach out if you have any questions and I will be happy to do my best to accommodate your needs.
