Work from home or host family, friends, and colleagues in our spacious 3 bedroom, 3 full bathroom home while we are away for the year. Grocery stores, eateries, cafes, parks, running trails, elementary and middle schools are all within walking distance. The high school and university are a short bike or bus ride away. Our 2500 sqft 2-story house, built in 2002, features an open-concept floorplan downstairs and 3 spacious bedrooms upstairs. From the front door, enter into a main room that combines a cheerful seating area and kitchen to the left and a study corner to the right. Past the seating area and kitchen is a family room that can be separated from the main room. It features a larger dining area, an elliptical trainer, a large TV on rollers, and an L-shaped couch with a queen size pullout bed. Extra guests can use the full bathroom downstairs. Upstairs, we have converted the 2 bedrooms that are adjacent to the master bedroom into studies/guest rooms, with a queen size murphy bed in one and a full size bed in the other. The master bedroom includes a master bathroom. The 2 other bedrooms share the 3rd full bathroom. Lots more pictures available upon request. Other notes: We have central heating and cooling. The kitchen stove is gas. There is also a gas fireplace downstairs that is shared by the main room and family room. We love kids but ours are grown. Some baby proofing may be required for especially little ones.
