Description
The Cottage is a quiet place. It's a half block away from the little downtown in Point Richmond. Various restaurants, post office, two grocery stores, other kinds of stores, a theater for plays, a laundry/cleaner, a swimming pool, and more. It is a friendly area. For those who want to exercise there are hills for walking, a beach/park by the bay, and there is a place to sign up for exercising. For those who plan to have a short-term job in the East Bay area, there is Chevron quite close. Also there is Kaiser Richmond nearby. In fact it is about 15 to 30 minutes to drive to another Kaiser in Oakland, and to other hospitals in Berkeley and Oakland. Feel at ease in asking about questions that need to be answered!

Comments: Point Richmond is a charming community with a small downtown. Gorgeous walking trails along the bay with incredible vistas of the bay, mountains, bridges, sunset, Great hills to hike in, too. Community swimming pool, near buses and ferries.

A cleaning service is not included
Comments: The Cottage definitely needs to be cleaned monthly. I can inform you when I'm contacted. As for the Studio, it also needs to be cleaned monthly. If the heating there is used too much, the utilities would need to be paid what is beyond $100.

Comments: There is a place to park one car or truck on the front of the property. As for the Studio, there is a place on a driveway for a small to medium size car.
