*Summer sublet* Large 1 BR - 120th x Amsterdam - $2,600/month Hi, I am subletting my 1 BR apartment located in Columbia faculty housing from mid-May to end-July or end-August. The apartment is located at Amsterdam x 120th street. It is a 6min walk to Columbia Campus Walk, and 9min walks to either the 1 or the ABCD lines. This is a large apartment with a living room, a dining room, and one bedroom. Located on the 7th floor of a prewar building, it is charming, quiet, and gets plenty of light. My neighbors are great, the building is safe. It is fully furnished. It has a king size bed and a great office corner with a desk and a large monitor. The apartment has fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer in unit. It does not have an AC (but you can bring a window AC if you wish). Everything is clean, neat and functional. Perfect for a single person or a couple. This is a non-smoking and pet-free environment. The rent is $2,600/month. (Faculty housing is heavily subsidized at Columbia University and I am renting the apartment at the price I pay)
