Sunny, two-bedroom apartment on the Isthmus to sublet for the summer

We are UW faculty looking to rent our lovely apartment on the Isthmus while we are away for research this summer. We would like for someone to rent for at least a month between mid-May and mid-August (our dates are somewhat flexible, we'd prefer someone who could stay the entire time). Utilities are not included in the rent but we plan to cover them. The apartment is on the second floor of a two-story building with two balconies at the front and back of the apartment. It has a large living room, kitchen, and office (the second bedroom) with lots of light. We have a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. Free laundry is in the basement, which we share with our downstairs neighbors. You would also be able to use our driveway space. If you'd prefer not to do so, there's plenty of street parking, too. If you have a bike, we have a garage where you can store it safely. The apartment is a two-minute walk from the Willy Street Coop and within walking distance of Willy Street restaurants and shops. It is also walking distance to the Atwood area. The C bus route is a two-minute walk from our front door which makes commuting to UW a breeze.
