Description
We are renting out our furnished, cheerful 3br/2ba for the next academic year. The house is located directly across from a big park. It is pet friendly with a fenced backyard (though the back fenceline is lower, so not ideal for dogs that jump). Currently, the house is set up for a childfree couple (1 bedroom is used as office, other as workout room) but could also accommodate a child. Master bedroom has kingsize bed with new and extremely comfortable mattress; bathroom has also recently been renovated. Ample off-street parking. Looking for someone to care for and enjoy our home while we are in New England for my sabbatical.
