The safe and quiet building is owned and managed by Columbia University and is near the campus and Riverside Park. Small but well-equipped kitchen. 4th floor in an elevator building, 24-hour doorman, central air-conditioning, garbage/recycling room and laundry room on the same floor. 3 minute walk to #1 train elevated stop at 125th St., and multiple bus lines. Restaurants, cafes and bars close by. In the future, after summer 2024, we’re open to exchanges as well!
