I am teaching abroad for a couple of years, so I am looking for responsible and quiet tenants who would take good care of home and furniture. Un grand balcon privé donne sur les arbres de la ruelle, avec vue sur les toits. À proximité du magnifique parc Lafontaine, des rues piétonnes et de toutes les boutiques, librairies, cafés et restaurants du Plateau. L'UQAM et la Grande Bibliothèque sont à distance de marche, l'université McGill à 12-15 minutes en vélo; le métro (ligne orange), qui mène aux autres universités montréalaises, est à quelques minutes à pied.
