Our home is a well-kept, fully furnished family home to our family of 4. It has 4 bedrooms (one converted as an office) and 2 bathrooms. There is a full partially finished walk-out basement that provides access to the large yard, woods and neighborhood park right out back. We love to be outside and our large covered patio with a gas fire pit and grill is one of the best places to hang out and enjoy all the seasons. The best feature is our location. Many people in our neighborhood work at the University or in Detroit. Since we are so closely located to both, commuting is convenient. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood with many parks and wooded trails nearby. Both the elementary and middle schools are in the neighborhood and walkable/bikeable. Our neighbors take care of each other and they will for you too - it really is a wonderful place to live! There are three standard grocery stores within a mile plus an Indian and Chinese market.
